Beta22 *faulty* Active Ground assembled board

I had a shortage in my amp which originated from the active ground board.
At least two transistors and a resistor are shut as shown in the pics.
A possible reason for this is a guy came over wanted to buy the amp, and quickly changed between headphones under load/volume.
Shortly afterwards the amp started to smoke. My bad for not watching over him.
I decided not to fix it as my b22 is already for sale and I just wired it to 2-channel configuration.
