I am building the upgrade DC power supply for DAC in separate chassis. It consist of 2 set of power supply, one for digital and other for analog. they have separate ground.
The problem I concern is, how do I connect the chassis ground at the PSU chassis to avoid ground loop? I thing the ground of each set of power supply will be connected some where in the DAC, and if I connect the ground of each power supply together at the PSU chassis, may it cause the ground loop?
or I just put only one set of digital ground or analog ground to PSU chassis.
Which is the best way to go?

The DC supply output common should only be connected to the chassis at the same point as the circuit common is connected to the chassis.
They don't get connected to the DC supply chassis, only in the audio circuit chassis.
Just the AC mains gets connected to the supply chassis.

In the power supply chassis, connect only the utility safety ground to the chassis.
The power supply ground/common lead is carried over to the audio chassis along with
the supply voltage lead(s), and is then connected to the audio ground.
In the audio chassis, connect the audio ground to the chassis, either directly
or through a resistor and/or diode block and/or capacitor, per standard practice.
