best tweeter under 200?

Hi- A friend is inquireing, what is the best tweeter under 200 USD. I am really not sure... I would think it is the old Revelator or the Seas Millenium, but which? Any ideas?

So far I really like the Scan Speak, and the Dynaudio. Metal domes can just sound harsh and the longer they play the worst it becomes.

I'd say it depends on your taste 🙂 What one person thinks is the best another may hate. Probably best to try and do some listening tests and then make up *your* mind as to which is the best 🙂
