There is no "best amplifier", "best speaker", "best anything". There are only things that suit your needs and things that don't. So, decide what you need and then search and/or ask.

Most bang: TDA1562Q. 55 Watts 8 ohms .5% . There have been several threads for 12 volt amps already - search is your friend. Good luck with it.
