Best stripboard software

Stripboards / Veroboards are cheap and easier for occasional users to build circuits. What is the best way to convert schematics to stripboard layout? Would also like to know what is the software for this amazing stripboard design for TEA 2025 stereo amp?

That's not stripboard.

That's a PCB.

The bottom part shows its a PCB, but the upper one can be mounted on stripboard with no alteration, isn't it?..anyway, I was looking for the software info..
