Best Bypass Caps?

What are the best moderately priced bypass caps? Russian Teflon,Vishay MKT 1822 any others? also what values should I use? my 100uf cap stack is as follows 47uf, 47uf,6uf. Should bypass with .47,.22 0r.01uf

There are no set rules for what type or amount of by-pass works best. I start at about 1% of the cap being by-passed of the best type cap I have available and apply whatever logic makes sense after that. I would suspect that the difference between a Digakey/Panasonic PP and an X-Russian military teflon as a crossover component by-pass is marginal at best.
