I don't know what shipping would cost and you'd need a power supply, but this amp seems like a decent one within your cost constraint.

It'd be OK, but not realistically 2x100w. It's one of the Sure Electronic boards and at 100w 10% THD.
Within that budget I'd go more towards:

Depends on what power supply you have.
If you don't already have a power supply, a 200W PSU with the required voltage(s) will add a considerable amount of cost relative to that $50. A 50Hz transformer with huge capacitors will cost much more than $50. Also high voltage PSUs are more expensive, so are PSUs with both +V and -V out.
Tripath amps can run from a single-polarity power supply and being bridged they need less power supply voltage for the same output power compared to non-bridged amps. Hence the flooding of low-end market.

What exactly would I need to get this amplifier to work with my speakers? Voltage input would be 220V/50Hz.
