Best ampli150-200w in 2020. Measurement point of view.

I'm looking to build an amplifier 150-200W. Looking for lowest thd+n possible or best sinad if possible. With noise level -95db or lower.
I'm aware of purify and hyper nc400 but they are quite expensive for my pocket.
I'm looking for the best I can find with lower budget.
Any suggestion ?
