It's easier than you think. Just do three things:
1. Open the attached pdf. It is only 1/16th of the patent.
2. Locate column 5. The index numbers are at the top of the columns.
3. Locate line 60. The line numbers are in the middle "spine" between the left column and the right column.
Then read lines 60 thru 64.

Ok, thanks. I think I understand what this offset circuit does. I suspect that this circuit decreases the dynamic performance. Anybody who knows?
