We do not let these things happens..... we check this carefully.

This should be an unbiased class B stage..when cutting, goes distorting....coud be more a defect than a design error.... but if this is found in more than one unit..then is design problem....instruments are helpfull, but this level of distortion is easy to listen...to perceive while listening, not even needing distortion analisers.

A missed electrolitic condenser or capacitor from the pot to the power input may produce this, also inverted condenser or leakage in condensers.... so... assembly line failure can do that too.

Because of that, Dx amplifiers uses the best assembling line...our assembling line is YOU!

Here is another one...awfull to me to understand his english...maybe too much good for my brazilian ears:

They sell in big quantities, they are good and famous, produces thousands and sell tenths of thousands, so, even having small percentual of defects, this appear in by quantity because of the huge number of sets sold.... i do not think the brand is bad because of a couple of units defective.

Carlos
