I have both of the above cable test boxes for comparison.
The voltage that I measure on the test tones outputs is different for both units.
How should I be measuring the output with a multimeter (AC/DC) and between which pins on the output XLR connector?
The levels to measure are:

-10dBV
-50dBV (Mic)
