Thanks!

I also found the orignal in the same thread.

HP: 4.5uf + 12 ohm shunt tweeter +
LP: 2mh, 10.6uf shunt woofer +

I am just debating whether to just build the original or use the pimped one you posted above. I can't read German though so it's hard to determine the merits.

Does anyone have a working link to the schematics posted earlier?

I've got these monitors and there seems to be some distortion in the kHz range when it gets loud. I suspect the tweeter could use a steeper crossover, but I don't feel I know enough about crossovers to implement this.

Cheers
Chris

Zaph's B2031P system measurements posted

"I had asked before if anyone had the crossover schematic for the B2031P. Well no one here had but I found it, along with a "pimped" version from a German forum.
Original:
HP 4.5uf series, 12 ohm R shunt, tweeter +
LP 2mh series, 10.6uf shunt, woofer +

Pimped:
HP 4.7uf series, .39mh shunt, 10uf series, 10 ohm R shunt, then a 1.56uf cap and .30mh in paralleled, and that trap is in series. Finally 8.2ohm +1uf zobel, and tweeter+
LP 1.0mh series, 22uf shunt, then a RCL across the woofer comprised of 4.7R, 38uf, 1.8mh, woofer +

Seems the original measures pretty darn well, but perhaps the "pimped" sounds better.

I got a pair of B2031P's coming sans crossover. Perhaps I should build one of each, listen in mono, THEN choose."
