it just adds bottom end ,that wasnt there.
i have seen 1 guy use one,he says on his webpage,its good..but he has subs that go to 20hz,i only go to 32hz,

A friend of mine has one of these - it does, as mentioned previously, only emphasise bass harmonics and not a lot else.
It tends to give a fuller bass without the user having to crank it up to stupid levels - although this friend in particular likes his bass so it's pretty much up 80% most of the time, which does tend to give boomy bass as one would have thought.
One useful feature is the bass peak limiter, which can save your speakers from some damage - although who ever hears of bass drivers blowing from too much power?

As I dj in small venues and also do house parties would the Behringer Ultrabass pro be suitable for my system.
I've got no bass bins anymore since the weight of them and size of them took up too much room in my transit van[18 inch scoops] and i could NOT fit much other equipment.
So i've got 1x QSC RMX2450 poweramp
500w rms into 8 ohm a channel,750w rms into 4 ohm a channel,1200w rms 2 ohm a channel,8 ohm bridge 1500w rms,4 0hm bridge 2400w rms.
2x black vinyl covered no name plywood trapazoid pa cabinets,with 1x Eminence Delta 15 400w rms,56 0z magnet,2.5 inch voice coil,40hz-4khz bass driver each cabinet,and 1x Eminence APT150 comp horn[85 w rms] plus 2 way 600w rms,3.5khz 18db/octave crossover.
2x 5m of 2 core 4.0mm van damme cable with neutrik speakon to neutrik speakon connectors.
As my cabinets are tuned to 50hz,and my drivers go down to 40hz,and the resonance of the driver being 40hz.
Can the driver handle ultra low notes?

Well, to be honest I never tried using the Behringer on
fullrange cabs before.
My boxes are still at 0 dB at 40Hz, where yours is at
-10 dB so, I really don't think your boxes will play well
with this processor. Maybe at low volumes but not at
high volume levels.
If you went back to subs, I would say give it a test
run.
But, having your fullrange cabs tuned so high, I think
it would cause more harm than good.
Your best bet is to rent one, and, try it out at your flat
before you buy one and destroy your speakers.

Yeah I seen them. However they are 24hz using blocks of
four. One box can't do it.
I'm using their old version of the EX 1200 (Less bells &
whistles) Mine doesn't have a subsonic filter.
Come to think of it, my DBX doesn't offer a subsonic filter
either.

I sweeped the frequency downward, until there was no
audible sound coming from the box. The speakers were
moving, but the cabinet wasn't responding, and the meter
wasn't moving whatsoever.

unload (They unload at 13 Hz) You should try it!
If you think 20Hz is low, you gotta experience 15 - 16Hz 😀
