I can't access it either. Come to think of it, over the past month or so, I've tried to access it through links on other forums, and I get the same thing - nothing.
What is this bandwidth quota thing you guys are talking about? Is it because they only allow a certain file size to be uploaded to their site, or is it because your connection speed exceed theirs?

It is the total amount they allow to be downloaded in a period of time, so if it's plain text, you could get a thousand hits a day and fall well under. But if it's acting as a file server, a few hits on a 10MB file will crash it.
Clearly, something graphics-intensive will not only take forever to download (for dial-up), but can only take a few hits a day before bandwidth is exceeded...
