Bd677 which brand

Today I'm going all in, sorting through boxes of pulled and new semiconductors, and I found this pair of Darlington bd677, got me curious about the maker and looked up logos, but couldn't find any that matched, also what's with the brown white yellow colour code, is it hfe?

Thank you, yes indeed, they have another logo now.. that's what confused me..
