you have mail.
I opened each page in Photoshop, applied "Image->Adjust->Threshold", converted the image to a B/W bitmap and saved it. Then I created a new pdf file using Adobe Acrobat. Acrobat is quite efficient a compressing B/W bitmaps because it uses the CCITT compression scheme which was developed for fax.
I you have a good scanner (and good scanning software...) you can scan pages directly in B/W.
I you have other Audio PDFs of interest I could convert them for you/us.
