Battery bias a 6SU7 in the 300b billies

Does anyone know where i can get a schematic showing how to Battery bias a 6SU7 in the 300b billies?

schematic for battery bias, taken off Jeremy Epstein's site. although circuit is not for 300B, the driver stage with the 2 AA batteries should be the same.
