I'm not musician, but a music listener. I want to know, for acoustic instruments, which is who has the lower frequency note (Obvious, not a pure tone). Keep away from electroacoustic and electronic musical instruments.
I know that the piano has a do at 27Hz. Is any other lower?
Only for curiosity.

Pipe organs with 32 ft pipes go to 16 Hz. Pianos don't actually produce such a low frequency
fundamental tone with any significant energy, just harmonics.

Wow, 16Hz!
It shakes your gut pretty bad, which resonates around 7 Hz.
Brown note explorations should proceed with caution:
OK, thanks. But nobody with his brain sane will listen to a pure sine wave no more than few minutes while testing an equipment.
Once some years ago I injected a generator at the amplifier's input to find the resonant frequency of my house. Everything vibrated at about 2 to 5Hz, but no more thana few seconds.
