Unfortunately, it will require you to 'map' the TL's construction if you don't have its construction details along with measuring the driver's T/S specs outside the cab to give us a good chance at a one time 'fix'. Otherwise it will require you to do probably considerable experimentation to get it right, so all things considered it may be best overall to just seal them up and add a sub system to fill in the extreme bottom.

Update on the speakers.
Moving them into another side of the room and close into corners seems to help a lot. When they are away from the side walls I get what I had before.
