Yeah but how is it possible to remove the dried glue? I didn’t use much it’s just really strong.Replacing that glued IEC inlet is an easy job when the amplifier and loudspeaker are separated. Just unscrew the nuts at the backside. It is too much of a risk to leave it like it is. Connectors and cables should never be glued. When unreliable/wornout just replace stuff.
There was nothing wrong with the cable it just kept getting loose. It would have broke eventually ..
Discontinued can’t get parts for it

not even close to Xmax but gain was at 75% maybe that was too high. I swore I had a ypao mic but I can’t find it so I gotta calibrate the sub another way. It was a new king Kong vs Godzilla movie . On Netflix. I can try a different movie. You say turning it down to halfway lessens the problem. Exactly how loud are you running this thing? Are you driving the speaker beyond its limits, is it hitting the grill? As said above you have a lot bits you should fix on this sub.

I had a similar noise issue with sub plate amp at high volume. The small screws were not strong enough so I added bracing on top of the plate amp to hold it steady - I used wood. My next sub built was closed with the plate amp placed externaly.
I never thought of that although I don’t see room on this amp for something similar . I don’t think duck tape will do anything I can try and loosen a few screws but I don’t think I can reach all of them it’s crammed in between two dressers neither I can move. I’d have to empty one to move it.I had a similar noise issue with sub plate amp at high volume. I. Turned gain to half but it was too low then I turned it up a little more it helped. I noticed the sub is occasionally rattling stuff in the room like the doorknobs .. I think loosening the plate amp helped. The finish got ruined during transport I never bothered re staining it. It probably needs more..
Is it because the sub is sealed maybe I need to add something to the back to reinforce the amp area? It’s probably too hard to add bracing to it but if I can ever get it out of this room I can take the amp off and get a picture. I was too worried porting it would be too loud now sealed is the issue causing amp rattling problems I guess because the box isn’t strong enough back there ??He said it was the amp that rattled, not the speaker.

Why don't you just unscrew the amp plate, take it off, play the system and see what's rattling??
Stop dragging your feet, take a decision and do something!
