Hello to all of you!
I am quite new to the DIY business, have just built two ACAs and for now using them with a Teac DAC/Pre in Balanced Mono Mode. They are amazing! Now I would like the volume to be remote controllable and min 3 balanced inputs. So I know this is possible but as I don't yet have a lot of knowledge can anyone recommend a DIY project that meets my needs and has a build guide available?
Thanks in advance!

Remote control..... Hmmmm.....
I've heard tell of such technology, but it's all too advanced for me.
My wife insists that I should get some exercise, so she makes me get up
and walk on over to the preamp and turn the knob.

I ride to work on my bicycle every day, so I got enough exercise 🙂
Plus have to admit that I like pushing Buttons! Not rivers though, that would make no sense at all.
Oopsi, guess I used the forbidden 'r' word, huh? Am I in trouble now?
I've been looking at these High Quality Audio & Industrial Attenuators and Passive Preamplifiers and the primary reason I haven't pulled the trigger on it is that I don't know how to punch out the square hole for the display/receiver on the front of the pre.
There are a ton of different ways for you to make this happen.

Academy Audio has MUSE volume controls with remote, but they are a little complicated.
I'm building a balanced BA3-Preamp with it, but still trying to sort it out.
Not sure which end is up yet.

all my attenuators are from Mikkel S. at dantimax.dk. I have them also balanced (look up my Aleph P v1.7 preamp on the forum; there are pics). it appears Mikkel is still in business (he may take a while at times to get back to you though on email inquiry): Dantimax (elektronik) - Control_boards
his remotes run the old philips RC5 protocol.

Meldanos Muses volume V2 can be built balanced.
Muses Volume
I use it unbalanced in my B1 Buffer, it works brilliantly 🙂
