Balanced -> Bridge?

I *really* don't need all that power, and I'm not just about to try this... but I'm almost finished with my 7-channel (!) gainclone and I was wondering... if I took the *balanced* outputs from my mixing board and split them into hot and cold, and fed each one into a different non-inverting channel, would that be a good way to bridge?

I've seen posts on here about balancing, and posts about bridging... this seems to be the most logical way, but at the same time, I'm by far not the smartest one here so I wonder why no one has mentioned this idea...

Yes, there may even be some benefits to the amp (using your favorate topology twice) and also to your balanced output which will have equal loads on both + and - phases, I think this is important for good common mode rejection
