Hi, a while ago I happened upon a very simple helpful diagram showing baffle step width to frequency. Anyone know where to find this? Or a simple calculator?
jeff bagby's "Baffle Diffraction and Boundary Simulator" excel spreadsheet: http://audio.claub.net/software/jbabgy/BDBS.html
maybe not a "simple calculator", though.

Something I don't think I've seen anyone mention is that VituixCAD also allows you to import the raw driver FR into the Diffraction Module so that you can see not just what the diffraction response is like but also what the result of the interaction between the diffraction response and the driver FR is going to be like. That is a really handy tool to help achieve the best possible combined response from your drivers and your front baffle. Jeff Bagby's Response Modeler allows you to do this as well but not anywhere near as easily.
Gotta mention VituixCAD diffraction tool as well 🙂
I cannot call VituixCAD "very simple" and easy 😎, but it is state of the art ofcourse!
