They are for customers who purchase a Deluxe chassis with steel rear panel. Those panels are only 1mm thick and the speaker binding posts don't seat properly without a shim. Some customers previously had this problem and nylon washers emerged as the solution. These will do the job 🙂 I'll update the description!
Hey Jason, how are you going? I am building a chassis by ModuShop and I bought the Back Panel Kit from the diyAudio shop. Now I need a few more of the M3 fender washers to affix the end semis to the heatsink. Now I searched everywhere online, but I cannot seem to find that particular size. What I am measuring is the outside diameter is 15.88mm / 0.625", the inside diameter is 3.65mm / 0.14", and the thickness is 0.84mm, made from stainless steel.
Can you please point me to a company / Amazon / eBay vendor that offers these washers?

Those don't need to be exact matches. Any fender washer of approximate diameter will work just fine.
