I started this build a couple of years ago and got off track. I would like to come back and finish this now. I think that I have completed both the ba front end board and super regulator power supply board. I also have the antek transformer. Is there anything that I'm missing on these two circuit boards?
Thanks in advance for your help. I am quite uncertain of myself when it comes to building amplifiers in preamplifiers. But I do like to try.

Looking at the regulator board you appear to have the TO220 devices in back to front. The cross hatched print on the pcb usually denotes the metal tab on the device. Likewise the mosfets on the BA3 board.

Looks like Marra is spot on.
While you are desoldering the mosfets on your BA3 board, also best to be sure that you have Q3 and Q4 arranged correctly per posts 1293 and 1294 in this thread:
The BA-3 as preamp build guide
It is a source of confusion from time to time.

Keep an eye out on regulator's heat sink temp. If the pass transistor get too hot, use bigger heat sinks.
If you are going to test the power supply prior to installing it in the circuit, you must load the regulator voltage rails and sense leads or else you'll get weird readings.
