B & W DM/2 speakers

I have a pair of these speakers, one of the drivers just fall apart, tried to find more info and specs about this speaker with no luck.
This broken driver is the middle one that has a 16ohm marking on it but no model number, it has a clear plastic diaphragm. All the foam covering on the back of the woofer just crumbled when touched. The sound of these speakers were nice, a bit boomy when driven by heathkit intergrated tube amp. It is my basement system while I am working on projects, also used them as amp testing loads.

Where can I find replacements or may be this is my opportunity to get new drivers and have a first go at bi-amp, open to suggestions and advise..

B&W speakers

B&W manufacture their own drive units - you will only get a replacement from them.

they are based in Steyning in Sussex - you should be able to get a telephone number from drectory enquiries and find out about cost of replacement driver(s) if still available.
