All you need is an AZ1 with two separate cathodes, or two AZ1.
Post 17 is not a voltage doubler. Some people might call it a voltage halver.
Forget about all you have seen and read about resistive CT for heater supplies. This is irrelevant to your current problem. You don't need a CT, and a pair of resistors don't really provide a CT anyway.
Duncan Amps PSUDII names as voltage doubler
I got 151v from 35Vac secondary from pioneer sx780.
I regulated that down to 133v to drive 6922 at 6ma per triode. Heater works perfectly with 2.2 ohm resistor from 7.5v panel lamp winding.
2 x 10uf / 200v caps (-) pin of bridge doubler tied to positive output rail. 68 uf / 200 v Filter cap.
no noise from power supply. 6922 does not suffer from AC on heater like ECC88

You can double DC volts using this circuit.
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
The paralleled AZ1 plates get grounded. Both caps. are 33 μF.
A Schottky as the SS diode insures that switching noise will not be a problem.
Which Schottky?

Don't forget a choke of several H. and a good sized reservoir cap., after the multiplier. A fair amount of 50 Hz. ripple will be present that should be suppressed.
In place of Cree is ok Wolfspeed? I think is the same, right?
C3D02060F WOLFSPEED, Diodo Schottky de Carburo de Silicio, SIC, Serie Z-Rec 600V, Único, 600 V, 4 A, 4.8 nC, TO-220-F2 | Farnell element14 España
Choke to be used is 10H 200mA 10 ohms.
Is enough 220uF after the choke as reservoir cap?
