Anyone have any opinions or objections to this kit then? The Madisound Speaker Store
Looks like a nice kit, low THD, nice waterfall.
Lots of other Eton kits can be found at:

Those with the ER4 tweeter are recommended.
Anyone have any opinions or objections to this kit then?

Should I go ahead and pull the trigger? Seems like a good
price and good place to start. From the reviews they sound
pretty detailed and good quality.
It depends on how you feel about it. I haven't had experience
with this kit or the drivers in it, but they appear to be good
quality parts. With the kits there is always certain probability
to be dissapointed and this has to do with one's expectations.
Sort of a gamble if one has no input from people who had
used them which might help meet a better judgment. One thing
I am suspicious about is Eton's kit sensitivity of 90dB according
to graph. This coud not have been achieved with 4 ohm driver
either, much less 8 ohm in free space.
ScottG mentioned Kairos being a better call, so you might want
to investigate some more. Jeff looks like an honest person.
If you decide to get Kairos kit, take it to your heart that tweeter
response has a gentle slope of about 7dB/octave which means
there will be more energy brought to tweeter. At excesive volume
tweeter voice coil could be cooked. Not a box for partys and co.
Personally, I would not invest great deal of money to get just
a 2 way speaker and in your case seems unnecessary because
you already own a nice pair of Viennas, which basmids are one
number smaller though.
This kit seems to be really worth the money, IMO:

Just a thought. Not like I'm telling you what you should do. 🙂
Regarding your question on buying Mundorf Silver Oil, I would
rather buy this instead:

and put it to good use or use it as a guinea pig.
