This amp is using IRFP264N's as the outputs with the 3640 driverboard
(2 IC'S)

Is there a good replacement for the outputs ?

U can still buy the 264's..I can't remember where I bought mine.

Possibly one of these as a sub? More likely the 4229... but the Rdson is lower...

The IRFP4232PBF is also OK to use in place of the 264N in some amps. I've never tried them in an Autotek.
