Don't use Android SPL meter app is very bad, what do you want to equalize with REW: nodes?

i want to me use rew autoeq to flatten my system response , i´m not getting as good results with minidsp as i had when my system was passive

Depending your use you must look for:

-Accuracy +-dBs
-Frecuency range
-For professional use or advanced measurements have to be calibrated

thanks , i only want the spl meter because of rew , i´m not worried about spl only about frequency response

but if you want to be sure REW reads will be better to have both devices calibrated: SPL meter & mic.

just a quick question (i´ve seen the youtube tutorial) after the mesurements , how does rew interact with minidsp for making the corrections ?

See miniDSP tutorial to know how introduce the EQ, once installed in the mini-DSP you only needs to power the miniDSP & cabling the unit.

REW creates the filters and you only need to put these filters in the miniDSP.

the rew auto eq doesnt work with this plug in i use , i think i will have to mesure and apply eq manualy

have you selected miniDSP as EQ in the REW?

yes , rew allows to export a txt file with settings (biquads ?) but my plug in doesnt allow to import the files , i believe i have to manualy insert the biquads
