Hi Everyone !!!
I'm from melb and have been researching a DIY projector for quite a few months. Been considering a 17" HD LCD design but my dillema has been sourcing a lens for a large screen. On another thread, there has been talk about using large diameter 18"FL lens from opaque projectors but hard to get here. Anyone considering a 17' design or should I just go with the new 15.5 " lilliput that is on ebay. Have you guys know of any local optics places lenses ?
Have tried surplus shed etc.
