for sale, 75 USD (includes shipping to usa , - 10 USD for Canada) , comes with a mod that sends the first 2 opamps differential outputs directly to the RCA. LM4562

This can be used to connect headphones with rca to headphone, I have the adapter, for 300ohm + headphones, or you can use the existing socket for headphones (if I remember)

The mod is only 3 wires which are removable and you can plug back the last opamp if you want.

I am selling it because a few months after the purchase I changed computer and I no longer have the pci-express x1 to connect it. I barely used the card. I think I lost all manuals and cd, drivers should be down-loadable.
