Hi, I 'm about to do the same thing right now, within a month. Usually I love elna Silmic 2 and Nichicon ES as well. But maybe I'll check, how it will work here. But definetely those caps are very good. I'll try ELna Cerafine (black, from new stock) and Nichicon KZ as well.
Regarding the caps in the audio path, I was testing this many times, and I can recommend you Nichicon ES. In this amp there is no much space to use some MKP. But I wonder if not to try Jantzem Permium Elko, or Mundorf Ecap 70 VDC PLAIN, because they are both very good and still smaller than MKP.
And I have a question, in the line&tone circuit is it possible to use non-polar, or bipolar capacitors for C315/C316 ? Because C301/C302 and C309/C310 for me is clear that I can do that. But I am not sure about C315
