Both transformers are heating up to 150°f. I pulled them and could not locate any problem areas on the transformers.
What's the oscillating frequency of the PS drive signal?

That's an odd problem. It seems like the transformers are, in some way, defective. That said, 150F for a transformer isn't really significant. The components can survive much higher temperatures.
I'd drive it up to fairly high power (in the heatsink) to see if the amp will produce clipping into a load without dragging the rail voltage down significantly and/or causing much more heating.
