Audio to and from USB

I am looking for ideas and suggestions for analog audio into digital audio over USB, I have not found anything ready made on ebay like you usually find for Arduino or other CPUs. I have just built an 8-channel mic pre-amp and there is some space in the box and I thought it would be a good idea to have a USB output with the eight channels available individually.

USBStreamer | miniDSP ? But you'll need an adc section in front of it.
