Audio Sector DAC - one side stopped working

Hi,

I have been using Peter's great D/A converter and enjoying it very much.

Suddenly, while I was listening to music, one side started to make a noise (like white noise),
came back to normal sound and then died.
So now only one side is working:cannotbe:.

Please help,
what do you recommend to check or replace?

Check the voltages as per attached schematic first.
