attachment problems

i am trying to upload some pics to my post but it says invaild post and says the site is under maintenance???

If you trying to attach a picture during the daily system maintenance period you'd get something like that. What happens when you try again?

TRIED THAT SAME THING I USED GOOGLE CHROME SO I TRIED INTERNET EXPLORER SAME THING SITE UNDER MAINTANCE???
