I bought some convoluted foam to put behind the drivers in my BIB's...how have you guys attached this stuff to your cabinets so it doesn't come off? Super 90 spray adhesive? Contact cement? CA glue?
Thanks in advance...

closed cell does you no good, you need open cell, so that it 'breathes'. If it doesn't breath, there's no way for the soundwaves to get into the medium for absorbtion. CA glue will usually just melt it, spray adhesive works. Spray the cabinet wall, spray the foam, position and press. But again: get some open-cell stuff, if you're going to use foam.
