Hello.
Integrated amplifier ATOLL IN30.
Fuses F1 & F2 blown.
Amplifier power on with only F1 fuse no blown.
With 2 fuses F1 & F2 alln 2 fuses blown.
With F1 fuse and 60w bulb on F2 power on but the sound cut after 2-3 seconds and the bulb lights up a little.
All transistors are ok.
No service manual.

Basic initial trouble shooting:
1) NO signal injection so no sound possible or expected.
2) NO speakers or any load.
3) plug into bulb limiter, bulb 40 or 50 "real" watts (meaning maybe a "75W equivalent high efficiency lamp with a tiny quartz bulb inside)
4) all fuses present.
5) measure voltage rails.
6) measure DC at output
Post results.
What do F1 and f2 do?
Mains? Rails? Speaker out?
PS:You should have searched and posted this, at least:
Integrated IN30 – Atoll Electronique
Write/phone/nag them for a service manual or a schematic.
Sound like a Tech/professional, "you need it to service a Customer´s amp serial number ***** "
You might be lucky.
IF they offer to service it for a reasonable fixed price, accept the offer.
Incredibly, fully blown such as yours is "easier" than "it works well, sort of, BUT .... " because it´s more straightforward.
EDIT:

this at least is a beginning 🙂

Ok thank you.
Some news.
Without speakers the fuse not blown.
If I connect the speakers the fuse blown or bulb lights up.
I tested with 3 pairs of speakers, some results.
With headphones and without speakers it's works fine
