Asus Xonar D2X for an active crossover

Is the Asus Xonar D2X sound card good enough for use in an active crossover.
Running possibly Allocator or Ultimate Equaliser from Bodzio software.
Anyone using this successfully ? There is a lot written on some other threads about PC sound cards being used for active crossovers. However the answer to my question seems to be burried somewhere deep within them......if they are there.

I have the Asus Xonar D2 (PCI version) in a linux/bruteFIR active setup, works fine. If you google for RMAA (Rightmark Audio Analyzer) measurement results on this card you will find a lot. I chose this one because it measures very well and is affordable.
