Mcmaster-Carr has them but not in an assortment. I have a few extras if you let me know what sizes you want.

Not comfortable saying by who until they arrive. Maybe one of those "order today get 3 months after amp is done" deals..
Will check harbor again, last check they had nothing for 1/8 plate.. wiring products was who i wound up ordering from, recieved 50 (10 ea) of 5 sizes. Took about a week to get, fair enough...
Who knew that there could be a difference in grommet quality? No chance they will split as they are skookem (aVe'ism) as #@*^...

I can't tell how long and how many times I searched amazon...
Using a query requiring 1/8 or 0.125 gave me exactly 2 results. Same product, 8 or 10 of only one size for 9-10 bucks..
Show me a link with a kit for 1/8th plate, hell if its that good i may even buy one for you! Lol...
I found some, but not in kits... You have to scroll down to find the rubber ones. Astoundingly high price.

In Canada we have General Bearing Service ( bearing retailer ) that cary ,, SPAENAUR ,, they have a huge selection of harware ... bolts ... washer ... nuts ... and rubber parts.
