Hi.
I hope to buy some audio products from Japan, the process seems almost impossible to me. Is there a Japanese member out there who would be willing to lend a hand?
The process would include getting packaging and shipping organised (not doing it yourself as the items could be large). Happy to pay for ones time. Please PM me if interested.

For items listed on major Japanese sites like Yahoo or Amazon I use the service of

zenmarket.jp

Need to try different search terms in English or directly copy the Japanese text to find it. 500 yen fee and lots of shipping options.

Thanks for your reply, these items are on Yahoo Japan. Having been in conversation with them for three days their service for foreign buyers seems almost non existant. I will try the one you've mentioned.

Sorry to say, that unless I am mistaken they (for larger items) use UPS and the size of items I wish to buy are outside their shipping range. I suppose it might have to be handled by a specialist. (Though I can’t be sure). The search continues..

If you do find someone who would act as an agent for larger purchases I too would like to know. However for the small stuff like Furutech, Oyaide and certain domestic cartridges it can't be beat. A great time to be taking advantage of the weak yen.
