Is there anybody, who is willing to assist me migrating an existing PIC 16F886 / MPLAB-ID / Hi-Tech C-Compiler - based PRE-processor project to:
PIC16F1827/ MPLAB-X-IDE / XC8 compiler?
The "old" project (designed and programmed by myself) works without any problems.
The PRE-PCB includes:
- Soft-Power-On (using 2 relays and NTC resistors)
- Mains DC elimination
- 2-channel-source selection by means of 2 Takamisawa NA 052 K relays
- Volume attenuation by means of motorized (L293D) Audio potentiometer (f.e. ALPS Blue Velvet)
- Temperature monitoring by means of LM35
- Remote Control of all functions by means of TSOP31236 / Philips RC5 protocol
I will of course share the existing firmware with you.
As award I will give you (the assistant) 2 of the "new" PCBs - for nothing.
Please give me a PM, if you have the skill and will assist me.
Best regards - Rudi_Ratlos

Geoff, changing to ARDUINO is not possible.
The hardware (PCB, PICKIT3) and software (existing firmware in MPLAB IDE, ...) will only work with the PIC.
Regards - Rudi

Sorry Rudi, I didn't realise you wanted to exploit existing PCBs; thought you might be working on a new/updated design.
As for writing arduino software - I don't see that as a problem.
