Assembles DIY amplifiers boards on ALI Express....Are they worth ?

Hi Everyone,

I am in process of DIY power aamplifier, in search I could find below semi finished amplifier products on ALI Express.... Has anyone tried building an amp from readily available kits from ALI Express ?

I am concerned about Dynamism & Power.

In case some once has other suggestions on other boards, please guide me

My requirement:

.Dynamic sounding amplifier

.Around 200W RMS Per Channel @ 8 OHMS and amplifier should be well capable of driving even 84 db speakers

Hello, I had several times fun with amps from aliexpress. I just used Nichicon FG and Muse capacitors and I ordered genuine tubes. They has good sound but I decided to get older yamaha amp from ebay, recap it, used ceramic pads, and etc. Generally I have very good experience with DIY kit from AE.

Aliexpress stores and products are often also found on Ebay so naturally, anyone with an internet connection has had the opportunity and plenty of folk here have been trying the Chinese DIY kits for many years. They are great value for the money but let's be clear; they are not equivalent to to the designs that the sellers refer to. The Chinese kit market is very competitive and costs are cut to the bare minimum with PCB layouts, crazy parts substitutions and missing features. There is no documentation to guide you for assembly and use and maybe only a few guidelines may be posted with the selling platform's advertising.

These are bare minimum parts products. Also, be aware that for every kit that is fairly good, there will probably be similar looking copies that are not good which means that when you only see an image of the product, you may be buying something lesser with different components, fewer features etc. because the pic you see was lifted from another sellers site! Your assembly may work acceptably but you will probably be left with a feeling that something isn't right. You may also wonder what the praise for the original product was about too.

Just don't expect much more than you pay for minus the freight bill, of course😱

Thanks for your inputs, I have made up my mind to go with A60+, awaiting for its shipment.
