Hello Diyaudio. I'm as noobish as you can get, so let me get to the point.

I have an INSMA TDA7492P board Amazon.com: INSMA New TDA7492P Hifi Mini Bluetooth Amplifier 50W+50W Dual Channel Bluetooth Audio Receiver Power Amplifiers Digital Stereo Amplifier Amplify Amp Ampli Board with heat sink: Electronics

And also a Top-cofrLD DC XR1075 BBE Circuit Board Tone Adjustment Volume Control Power Amplifier Upgrade Amazon.com: Top-cofrLD DC XR1075 BBE Circuit Board Tone Adjustment Volume Control Power Amplifier Upgrade DIY 2 channel: Home Audio & Theater

And I also have stupid questions:

I was wondering if these 2 can be hooked together, and if so how, if not, how to add tone controls/preamp to the TDA7492P?

My source of power is a Makita 18v battery 4.0ah, which powers the TDA7492P fine, but can I hook both boards to the same battery (doggyconfusedface.jpg)?

Whenever I turn on the TDA7492P, it makes a very loud popping sound, and the speakers retract/pop very hard. I found how to fix it on a thread here How to prevent popping sound on power on on TDA7492P Amp?
but would it be a better idea to get a better board with tone controls included? (My budget is 65$)

What is the best possible way to boost the Bluetooth signal from all these boards?

Are there ways to improve the TDA7492P board, like cooling, changing capacitors, or mess with the heatsink, etc?

My speakers are JBL GTO429 Premium 4-Inch speakers @ 3ohm, 35W rms, 105W peak power, and I have no idea if 3ohm is bad for these boards or not?

The 3.5mm input on the TDA7492P board has VERY LOW volume compared to the BT option. Is this normal?

The setup will be used inside an old Makita radio, and I will make a hole for more air intake. Any information is much appreciated.
