this vendor was discussed in the February issue of Stereophile -- a bunch of refugees from the recently collapsed "Tower Records" (which was one of the best sources for Classical Music in NYC) started ArkivMusic. Seems that they offer bit for bit copies of original masters, ship them off to you as CD-R's.
