Argon 6YD-ARGSUB640-4 speaker unit T/S

I have an Argon 6YD-ARGSUB640-4 speaker unit with which I want to build a small subwoofer.

Does anyone have a datasheet with T/S parameters for this speaker unit?

Who is actually manufacturing these Argon units?
