I was recently re-organizing my parts bin and I came across a few components that don't "look right". I honestly don't remember where I got these and I don't have a "genuine" part to compare; I know for a fact that I wouldn't have purchased these parts from a chinese/hong kong supplier. I greatly appreciate it if someone here could verify the authenticity of these components.
The first component is a LM3886 gainclone. This is the only one I have and I have never worked with these...
The second component is a LM1875 gaiclone. Again, I haven't worked with these before so I'm not sure what they look like.

Those mosfets appear genuine to me. Although I've only ever seen LM3886TFs (the ones with insulated tab), I'm rather sure the Lm3886 is fake! Dunno bout the 1875, but it's made up in the same manner as the 3886, so I suppose either I'm really far off or it's fake, too.
Wow! As EBM_dude mentioned, that LM3886 looks particularly fake. I had the (dis)pleasure of encountering fake MOSFETs recently and some of them look ridiculously bad, you can spot them 3 feet away! But other components are crafted in a way that's hard to tell really. Is there a way electrically to tell them apart? (Aside from the acrid smoke when they give up the ghost prematurely...)
