For a while I consider which diy speakers I should build. I think at the moment I can narrow down the requirements list to something which can actually help you experts guiding me to the best optimal solution in my situation. I have to admit that my personal experience with speakers is quite limited. In the picture you can see where I have to locate them (instead of the existing ones).
The space dimensions for each speaker is: Depth 35cm, width 22cc, height 115cm (13, 10, 45 inch).
I looking something of high efficiency which can be used with flea power tube amps
My most favourable music is classic rock. Usually I prefer to listen at relatively low volume
I like rich lows, a lot of presence and extreme detailing level (I know this usually doesn’t go well with low volumes). I appreciate pure analytic sound, as real as possible reproduction with minimal colouring.
Due to their dimensions, charm and potential high efficiency, I put my eye on the Frugel/Spawn horns. The issue is that I have neither experience with FR nor with horns. I’m afraid to be disappointed if they will not have rich lows or missing presence. My time is very limited and therefore I try to find the best match to my compromises.
Will appreciate your advice very much.

To my thinking, the space shown here would be completely impractical for any of the FrugelHorn or Spawn enclosures, but quite suitable for any of numerous designs for 3 - 4” FR drivers by the likes of Fostex, Mark Audio, Peerless, Dayton, etc.
I’m notoriously a fan of the first two makers named above, and am still quite enjoying the Fostex FF85WK in one of Planet10’s designs (MicroFonken trapz) in a near field computer system, powered by compact Topping class D amp.
Edit: to be sure, one might be able to shoehorn a pair of FH lites into the space, but I think they’d be severely handicapped. The Baby-Lab series would be worth a look - just don’t ask me to remember the names of all the models I’ve built.

This space and your musical choice should be more fit for reflex bookshelfs, not floorstanding backloaded horns like the frugalhorns. I'm quiet happy with my desk speakers for a very broad range of music styles. But other options also can work. My bookshelfs are a bit to wide (25cm) for this place i'm affraid. But something similar fit for your space could do the job.

avivz,
As the previous posters have already made note, the space is is more suitable for other designs that are more congruent with the dimensions that you have stated.
If I may ask, do you already have the flea power tube amps?
Also by any chance would you be open to "wall hanging" type speakers?

You want room to be able to manoveur the placement of the horns as the mouth placement wrt the boundaries has significant effect.
As suggested a standmount or floorstander that fits the same footprint and saves you a stand. 220mm wide is what many of the boxes that Scott, Chris & i have done for 8” drivers, so anything smaller should be able to be shoehorned in, myself i think 4-5” is the sweetspot size size.
Efficient, detailed, extended bass, and a small amplifier (2A3 SET or similar) does not really fit with Hoffman’s Iron Law. A really good set of compromises, and quite popular with others with similar amps, the Mark Audio Alpair 10p. Might be a bit tricky to find. I do know where some EnABLed ones are sitting on people’s shelves. Shipping to Isreal would be a killer. Next up, perhaps Fostex FF165wk.
The Compact Floorstnder looks like this, but 25cm wide. Being quite shallow it would be easy to morph into the space you have.

If you have walls (doesn’t look like it) a set of Cornucopyus (or however you spell it) could well suit. Do it right looks like you hung a couple pictures on the wall.
Looking at the current placement not a floorstander.

10cm ML-Voigt pipe box.
W.154, H.900, D.250 (mm)
It seems that it can be used upside down.
Tapered Wave Tube with Damp-Duct (TWTD) [or ML-Voigt] [or "Sifted Mouth-TQWT"] + MarkAudio Pluvia7HD - YouTube

Scott & i have done a couple ML-V very similar. They can work very well. Note that despite the similarity both nandape’s box and the Woden ones came about independently. Great minds think alike. A clever folding that gets the driver to the top of the box with the appropriate Zd.

Another consideration is height of acoustic center of driver from floor. I tend to prefer that to be no more than a few inches above ear height at the most common listening position.
Thanks for all the good advices. So horns are out of scope now. Sorry for my ignorance, but what exactly is meant by “wall hanging” speakers?
I don’t mind just laying them on the shelves as my current speakers or hanging them on the back wall (it’s a drywall). As long as the acoustic center is not too high and they are suitable for low power tube amp, I’m happy
