Are any of the prebuilt amplifier modules on Amazon decent?

I'd like to buy one of the stereo amp PCBs that are on Amazon. I'd attach a sample but Amazon is crawling with examples, there are dozens of different offerings. The question is: Are any of them known to be at least "decent" in terms of quality?

I'm looking for a utility amp for the workshop and I'm thinking why not one of these modules? Ten or twenty Watts/ch is quite enough for me; but what's the trustworthy purchase? Thanks.

I would have a look at the pages in this sub forum for IRS2092 boards that have been bought and used by others. I bought 2 mono boards which were the subject of much discussion and said to be more than good enough to warrant payihg $10 per board. I also have one from Sure/Wondom that was £40. More sophistcated than the cheaper boards and capable of very good sound IMO. In the world of DIY it is a case of taking a punt on cheaper stuff, modify if neccessary and see if you like it, if not....move on. At 10£ or $ you are not going to lose a lot if you don't like it. Have fun!

Giving a price range might help in finding a proper product.
However, before donating 20 USD to the chinese government, I'd just look around on FB marketplace, Craigslist or whatever is available to you - a used amplifier is probably only a couple of USD, and likely much better in quality/sound and "ready-to-go".

I get DIY resources from Amazon mostly good but sometimes bad. Usually there is no documentation, not even a packing list. I received a module with a panel mount pot cracked open. Sometimes protoboards are filed as welding tools. And I got a hernia belt that was well made but the documentation said: may cause blisters, abrasions, or SCORPIONS, etc

Anyway, your bench amp would be a good DIY project for LM1875.

I did one of these TPA3250 boards and a Meanwell 24v SMPS adjusted to max. It sounds pretty nice. Lots of vendors selling apparently the same board. ~$20 for the board, another $25 or so for the SMPS. The SMPS I got was fanless, and it likes access to a vent, it makes a little heat (but maybe if it wasn't dialed to max it would be less).

I like it enough that I bought one of the TPA3255 boards, but I haven't put that together yet.
